For example, the cleaning fee is factored in our Wheelhouse Pricing recommendation just like any other input. Essentially, we look at the impact of different cleaning fees on the average booking price of a listing, and adjust our recommendations accordingly.

Additionally, if you have any pre-existing extra guest fees set up, the base price recommendation will take the "included" number of sleeps into account and let your extra guest fees still apply without double-charging anyone.
