Why are my Wheelhouse Pricing recommendations different across channels for the same listing?

Why am I getting different pricing recommendations on Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and the other channels I use?

Our pricing recommendations are channel-specific. If you have the same property on Airbnb and TripAdvisor, the recommended prices for Airbnb and TripAdvisor will differ because you've probably experienced different booking rates in the past for each channel for your property.

Also, the audiences for both Airbnb and TripAdvisor are very different, so each channel's prices may differ. Thus, you might see pricing recommendations that don't necessarily line up with what you might expect.

With Property Management Systems like Smily, Hostfully, Guesty, etc Wheelhouse will examine data from all channels integrated with the PMS. This includes Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, or whatever properties are synced with Smily, Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Rentals United, Streamline, etc, from your channel and everyone else's.

Finally, there are other factors (e.g. number of reviews for each property, neighborhood booking data that differs across each channel) that may end up leading to different price points for the same listing.

If you want to align the price recommendations, you can adjust the base price to match each channel and Wheelhouse Pricing recommendation may look fairly similar.
