Yes, our pricing model does take additional charges and fees into account!

For example, the cleaning fee is factored into our Wheelhouse pricing recommendation just like any other input. We look at how different cleaning fees affect the average booking price of a listing and adjust our recommendations based on that.

Additionally, if you have any pre-existing extra guest fees set up, the base price recommendation will factor in the “included” number of guests, allowing your extra guest fees to apply as intended without causing any double-charges.
