Cleaning fees: your cleaning fee is one of the inputs to the price recommendation. Wheelhouse looks at how cleaning fees affect a listing's average booking price and adjusts its recommendations to match.
Extra guest fees: if you charge extra guest fees, the Base Price recommendation is based on the number of guests included in your price. Your extra guest fees then apply on top as intended, without charging guests twice. See What is a Base Price?
