The Automate page of each listing shows the overview our pricing for the next 18 months out. In this section, you will see the following pricing:

Current Pricing - observed pricing on channel/PMS

Wheelhouse Pricing - nightly rates that we sync for each date of your listing.

NOTE: Wheelhouse can only sync our pricing recommendations (nightly rates) to available dates of your channel or PMS. While we still generate our pricing recommendations on Wheelhouse Calendar, they won't be pushed to booked and blocked dates until these dates become available again. So you may see the Current Pricing and Wheelhouse Pricing may not be the same for booked dates or blocked dates.

Available Date

In the example below, both Current Pricing and Wheelhouse Pricing are the same at $350 because the January 10, 2022 is available:

Booked Date

On the other hand, January 9, 2022 shows the Current Pricing is $320 while Wheelhouse Pricing is $350:

This is because January 9, 2022 was already booked at $320 which corresponds to the Current Pricing or what we observed from the channel when it was booked which can be confirmed by clicking the "View history of price changes for this day" link on the right side panel of Wheelhouse Calendar:

The Wheelhouse Pricing of $350 is nighty rate that we generate for this date though it won't be synced since the date is already booked:

Blocked Date

Similar to booked dates, the Current Pricing and Wheelhouse Pricing may also show different rates for blocked dates. In the example below, Current Pricing is $335 while Wheelhouse Pricing is $350 since February 13, 2022 is a blocked date:

The $335 which corresponds to the Current Pricing or what we observed from the channel when it was blocked which can be confirmed by clicking the "View history of price changes for this day" link on the right side panel of Wheelhouse Calendar:

The Wheelhouse Pricing of $350 is the nightly rate that we generate for this date though it won't be synced since the date is already blocked:
