I want to see more than just my price on my Pricing Chart — what else is available, and how do I turn it on?

What's new
Your Pricing Chart now organizes 43 data series into 9 categories. You can turn any combination of these on or off to see exactly what's driving your price, how your own settings compare to the pricing engine's recommendations, and how your price compares to your neighborhood and market.
The 9 categories
Pricing Series — your nightly price, at different stages (observed, asking rate, model-only, and more)
Pricing Modifiers — custom rate overrides and fees layered on top of your base price
Limits & Controls — your minimum price, maximum price, and minimum stay settings
Bookings & Blockings — booked and blocked nights, plus booking revenue for this year and last year
Your Settings — each of your individual pricing settings, shown as its own series
Pricing Engine Breakdown — the pricing engine's own recommendation for each setting, so you can compare it to yours
Set Data — median price, price range, and occupancy for listings in your Dynamic Sets
Neighborhood Data — median price, price range, occupancy, and bookings for listings in your neighborhood
Market Data — median price and price range for listings in your broader market
How to turn a series on or off
Open a listing's Pricing Chart.
Click the active series dropdown in the top-right corner of the chart. It shows a count, like “8 active series.”
Hover on a category name to expand it and see its individual series.
Click any series on or off - active series have a "✓"
The number next to each category (e.g. “3/8”) shows how many of its series are currently active.
Note: Categories start collapsed with 0 active series, so turning one on for the first time won't add every series inside it to your chart at once — you still choose which ones to display.
Compare your settings to the pricing engine's recommendation
You can place your own setting and the pricing engine's recommendation for that same input side by side on the same chart.
For example, to check your Demand Sensitivity setting against the pricing engine's recommendation:
Open Your Settings and turn on Demand Sensitivity (Settings).
Open Pricing Engine Breakdown and turn on Local Demand (Model).
Both lines now appear on your chart, so you can see whether your setting is amplifying or working against the pricing engine's own math.
The same pairing works for Base Price, Seasonality, Last Minute, Far Future, and Gaps & Adjacencies — turn on the matching series in Your Settings and Pricing Engine Breakdown to compare them.

Pricing Series
Prices (Observed) (Line) — Your last observed price for this listing on your PMS or Channel (if no PMS), or the price of the listing when it was booked or blocked.
Prices (Asking Rate) New (Line) — Your current nightly prices, including pricing engine, your settings, limits & custom rates. This is what's pushed to your PMS, where other fees, premiums, or discounts may be applied.
Prices (Model & Settings Only) (Line) — Your current nightly prices derived from the pricing engine and your settings (ignoring your min prices, max prices, and custom rates).
Prices (Model Only) New (Line) — The pricing engine's raw recommendations for each stay date (ignoring your settings & custom rates).
Prices (Preview) (Line) — A preview of your potential nightly prices, based on your pending updates.
Prices (Last Year, Observed) (Line) — The final nightly price observed (unavailable or booked), from one year ago.
Price (Last Year Last Posted) (Line) — Shows stay dates and posted price for last year's reservations.
Pricing Modifiers
Custom Rates (Fixed) (Fill, Stacked) — Your date-specific fixed overrides (e.g. $220).
Custom Rates (Dynamic) New (Fill, Stacked) — Your date-specific “dynamic” overrides (e.g. +10%).
Estimated Fees (Preview) New (Fill, Stacked) — Your current fee configuration (from your Rent + Fee Settings).
Limits & Controls
Minimum Price (Fill) — Your current Min Price Setting. The pricing engine will never go below this minimum, unless you create a specific custom rate.
Minimum Price (Absolute) New (Fill) — Your current Absolute Minimum — a hard floor that can never be overridden, even if you create a specific custom rate.
Maximum Price (Fill) — Your current Max Price Setting. The pricing engine will never go above this level, unless you create a specific custom rate.
Minimum Stays (Fill) — Your current Min Stay Settings for each stay date.
Bookings & Blockings
Bookings (This Year) (Fill, full Y axis) — Stay dates and revenue for this year's reservations.
Bookings (Last Year) (Fill, full Y axis) — Stay dates and revenue for last year's reservations.
Nights (Booked) (Fill, full Y axis) — Stay dates that have booked.
Nights (Blocked) (Fill, full Y axis) — Stay dates that have been marked unavailable.

Base Price (Settings) New (Fill, Stacked) — Your current Base Price Setting.
Seasonality (Settings) New (Fill, Stacked) — Your current Seasonality Setting.
Day of Week (Settings) New (Fill, Stacked) — Your current Day of Week Setting.
