Length of Stay Pricing lets you offer automatic discounts to guests who book longer stays — encouraging fewer, longer reservations instead of frequent turnovers. This advanced version, with a separate rule for each length of stay, is currently available on integrations that support it — today that's Streamline, with more integrations planned. If your integration isn't supported yet, see How do I set up Long-Term Discounts? for the standard version.
Select the listing you'd like to set this up for.
On the Settings page, click Length of stay pricing on the left panel (under Operations, below Minimum stays).
Toggle Status to Enabled.
You'll see a separate tab for each length of stay: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7+, 14+, and 28+ nights. Each tab is configured independently:
Default % — the base discount for that length of stay.
Optional refinements: Day of week rules, Monthly rules, Time-based rules, Season rules, and Event rules.
Overrides — set date-specific pricing that overrides the above for a particular date range.

Note
For Streamline, this is delivered through a Streamline LOS Map — see Connecting with Streamline for how to assign it to your Rate Types.
Right now, you can only see your Length of Stay Pricing adjustments and final prices on this settings page — they're not yet reflected in the calendar view, the In-Context chart, or Portfolio pages.
Length of Stay Pricing stacks with Gap Night pricing (found in the Pricing Engine settings) rather than overriding it. If you don't want the two combining on the same nights, keep them scoped to different date ranges or seasons.
Length of Stay Pricing Takes Priority Over Minimum Stay
Note: Length of Stay Pricing overrides your Minimum Stay settings, including Absolute Minimum Stays.
For example, if you set a rule for a 2-night stay but your Minimum Stay is 4 nights, guests will still be able to book for 2 nights. This is because having a pricing rule for a specific length of stay means Wheelhouse is accepting reservations at that length, regardless of your Minimum Stay setting.
