What’s changing?
Wheelhouse has developed a more precise Base Price model.
Also, updates to your Base Price model should now happen in a more consistent, predictable fashion.
Our new model is better at identifying how attributes of your property (e.g. pools, porches, etc.) play in to your optimal Base Price.
As a reminder, your Base Price is what Wheelhouse would recommend charging for a night at your property, given average demand.
What will happen to my listings with automated dynamic pricing?
Your Base Price is a big part of your pricing foundation
If you have a Data-Driven Base Price from Wheelhouse (any of our Recommended, Aggressive, or Conservative), this Base Price may change through March 20th.
When should I review those prices?
We’d recommend reviewing these prices Thursday, 3/13 and the following Thursday, 3/20.
