Modify Filter View

Modify Column View

Save Filter

  1. By default, Filters Panel is available on the left side of the Portfolio page. Select and modify the filter/s that you want to change. Then Apply Filter.

  2. On top of the Filters Panel, click the Tool Panel button.

  3. Select Save Filters from the Tool Panel dropdown menu.

  4. A green message box will appear at the bottom of the page confirming the changes in Filter view was saved.

  5. Click the Tool Panel again or on any empty space within the Portfolio page.

Clear Filter

  1. By default, Filters Panel is available on the left side of the Portfolio page. Modified filters have the funnel icon next to the filter name.

  2. On top of the Filters Panel, click the Tool Panel button.

  3. Select Clear Filters from the Tool Panel dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Tool Panel again or on any empty space within the Portfolio page. The funnel icon should now be removed which indicates that the filters were cleared.

Restore Filter

  1. By default, Filters Panel is available on the left side of the Portfolio page.

  2. On top of the Filters Panel, click the Tool Panel button.

  3. Select Restore Filters from the Tool Panel dropdown menu

  4. Click the Tool Panel again or on any empty space within the Portfolio page. Your last saved filter view should now be restored and you should see the funnel icon on the modified filters.

Save Column View

  1. By default, Filters Panel is available on the left side of the Portfolio page. Select Columns tab on the left side to view the list of columns.

  2. Check/Uncheck the box before each column name to modify the column view.

  3. Click the Tool Panel button on the upper right of the page.

  4. Select Save Column View from the Tool Panel dropdown menu

  5. A green message box will appear at the bottom of the page confirming the changes in Column view was saved.

  6. Click the Tool Panel again or on any empty space within the Portfolio page.

Restore Column View

  1. Click the Tool Panel button on the upper right of the page.

  2. Select Restore Column View from the Tool Panel dropdown menu

  3. Click the Tool Panel again or on any empty space within the Portfolio page. Your last saved column view should now be restored.
