Our pricing recommendations are channel-specific. If you have the same property on Airbnb and TripAdvisor, the recommended prices for Airbnb and TripAdvisor will differ because you've probably experienced different booking rates in the past for each channel for your property.

Also, the audiences for both Airbnb and TripAdvisor are very different, so each channel's prices may be differ. Thus, you might see pricing recommendations that don't necessarily line up with what you might expect.

With Property Management Systems like BookingSync, Hostfully, MyVR, Guesty, etc Wheelhouse will examine data from all channels integrated with the PMS. This includes Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, or whatever properties are synced with BookingSync, Guesty, HostAway, Hostfully, MyVR, Rentals United, Streamline, etc, from your channel and from everyone else's.

Finally, there are other factors (e.g. number of reviews for each property, neighborhood booking data that differs across each channel) that may end up leading to different price points for the same listing.

If you want to align the price recommendations, you can adjust the base price to match for each channel and Wheelhouse Pricing recommendation may look fairly similar.
