This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data and your choices regarding use, access, and correction of personal information. 1. Information We Collect

General

When you use our Services, you may be asked to provide and we may collect personal information which may uniquely identify an individual. Examples of this information include:

General

Social Media Features

3. How We Share Information We Collect

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

We share your personal information with service providers to enable our service providers to provide you with services on our behalf. For example, we may share your personal information with advertisers and marketers, as described more fully below, for purposes of providing you with promotions and offers that we think would be of interest. We contractually restrict our service providers to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Affiliates

We share information within our corporate family. For example, we may need to share your personal information with one of our subsidiaries in order to provide you with technical support or account management purposes in your region.

Business Partners

We may partner with other companies, such as our cloud provider partners, to jointly offer products, services, or programs (such as webinars or downloadable content). If you purchase, specifically express interest in, or register for a jointly offered product, service, or program from or through us, we may share your personal information with our partner.

We may also share information with our partners and event sponsors that you provide to us via an event registration form or when you attend an event and allow us or our partners to scan your attendee badge.

We do not control our partners’ use of your personal information. If you do not wish for your personal information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.

Billing

We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing for our Services. Our service provider is contractually prohibited to store, retain, or use your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Compelled Disclosure

It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you, (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, and (4) protect the security or integrity of our products and services (such as by sharing with companies facing similar threats). As part of our Services, we may make available to you and other uses aggregated and de-identified information about listings. This aggregated information is shared with users of the Services for the purpose of assisting users with pricing their own listings and/or understanding more about the current market. The information does not identify you or any user personally.

4. Children's Privacy

Our websites and marketing are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally gather information about visitors who are under the age of 13. If our practice changes, we will obtain consent from a parent or guardian before we knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please alert us immediately.

5. International Transfer of Information Collected

We primarily store your information in the United States. To facilitate our global operations, we may access such information worldwide, including from other countries in which we have operations, and transfer such data into the United States for processing. We store your information in accordance with the data retention periods set forth in the terms of service or for as long as otherwise consented by you.

Transfer of personal data from the EU into the United States for processing is completed pursuant to the Standard Contractual Clauses, where we have your express consent, or otherwise where lawful appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may retain your personal information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. For instance, we may retain your personal information during the time in which you have an account to use our websites or Services and for a reasonable period of time afterward. We use your email address to send promotional emails to you from time to time. You may opt out of receiving all emails selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in these marketing emails.

Do Not Track

Currently, various browsers — including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, and Safari — offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to websites visited by you about your browser DNT preference setting. We do not currently commit to responding to browsers' DNT signals with respect to our websites, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

If you have registered for an account with us, you may update your user and account settings by logging into our website or Services with your username and password and editing your settings.

Web Beacons

We use web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Visitors’, Customers’, and Attendees’ usage of our websites and interaction with emails from us. Due to Internet communications standards, when you visit or use our websites and Services, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and the website to which you go when you leave our Website. For example, we use IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Visitors, Customers, and Attendees navigate to our websites.
