What is a Legacy Set?
All customers with past CompSets converted to a Dynamic Set were extended free usage until September 30, 2024. These Dynamic Sets are labeled "Legacy" in the Status column of your Sets Dashboard.
Upgrading a Legacy Dynamic Set
If you have any Dynamic Sets labeled "Legacy", your free access will expire after September 30, 2024. After this date, “Legacy” sets will default to “Inactive” and move to a free plan unless you choose to upgrade and pay for those Sets.
To retain access to “Legacy” sets across all areas of the platform, you can opt to upgrade those Sets on your Subscriptions page prior to September 30, 2024.

As a reminder, you can assign multiple listings from your portfolio to the same Dynamic Set, removing the need to manage a Set per listing.
By upgrading any Legacy Set, you will be able to continue leveraging the Set throughout various aspects of the platform, giving you the context you need to analyze and adjust your pricing strategy as needed.
How to Upgrade a Set
Head over to your Sets Dashboard.
Locate the specific set you want to upgrade and click the 3-dot icon.
A menu will open and select Upgrade set.
If you do not have a card on file, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.
Once you enter your payment method, select the Upgrade button.
Now that you've upgraded your Set, you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month starting October 1, 2024.
Notes:
When you upgrade a Legacy Set, you will not be charged until October 1, 2024. Your free access will remain until then.
After September 30, 2024, all Legacy Dynamic Sets not upgraded will be marked Inactive. All metrics and analyses will not be accessible or leveraged across the pricing and performance pages until upgraded to a paid plan.
