What This Shows
Aggregate Performance Rows sit at the top of your Portfolio Calendar. For every date in view, they show:
Occupancy — the average occupancy across every listing currently in view, for that date
Asking Rate — the average asking rate across every listing currently in view, for that date
ADR — the average daily rate for booked nights, for that date
Pickup — new booked nights from the past 14 days, for that date
These numbers update automatically based on whatever listings are currently in view — your full portfolio, a Filter, or a saved Segment.
How to Turn Aggregate Performance Rows On or Off
Aggregate Performance Rows are turned on by default. To show or hide them:
On your Portfolio Calendar, open the Display dropdown.
Under the Other section, find Aggregate Performance.
Toggle it on or off.
Note: You can also change the currency shown for these metrics.
How Filters and Segments Affect These Rows
Aggregate Performance Rows recalculate based on the listings currently in view. If you apply a Filter or switch to a saved Segment, the rows update to reflect only that slice of your portfolio — you don't need to set anything up separately.
For example, if you save a Segment for a specific market or property type, applying that Segment to your Portfolio Calendar will show Occupancy, Asking Rate, ADR, and Pickup for just that group, on every date.
