Wheelhouse will never price a night below your minimum price or above your maximum price.
How to set a minimum price
Setting a good minimum price ensures that you can maximize revenue from your listing by capturing bookings during periods of low demand, or last-minute bookings.
From the Settings page of your listing, select Minimum Price on the left panel.
Enter the minimum price you want to set for your listing. You can set different minimum prices depending on the day of the week, After/Within a specific number of days, and/or a Specific Date and Date range.
Note: The hierarchy for the various minimum price rules from highest to lowest priority:
Date-specific has the highest priority and will override all other minimum price rules.
Time-based will override Monthly rules, Day of week, and Minimum price default.
Monthly rules will override the Day of week and Minimum price default.
The Day of week will override the Minimum price default.
Click the Save change button on the lower left of the page.
Minimum price default
- default requirement for any minimum price not specified in other minimum price rules.
Day of week rules
- custom minimum price requirement for each day of the week.
Monthly rules
This feature will allow you to set Day of Week Minimum Price for certain month/s. This will override the generic Day of week minimum price that you set for your listing. For example, if you want a higher minimum price for November, December, and January depending on the check-in date.
Time-based rules
- Create rules to automatically adjust the minimum price for stay dates within and beyond a specific number of days from the booking date. (e.g. $300 for last-min bookings within 5 days. $400 for stay dates more than 6 days away):
Specify by Month
This feature will allow you to set a Time-based Minimum Price for certain month/s. For example, if you want the Time-based minimum price to be applicable for January only:
Click the Specify by Month:
Select the specific month/s where the time-based minimum price will be applied:
Day of Week
This feature will allow you to set a Time-based Minimum Price for certain day/s of the week.
Click the Specify by day of week.
Enter the minimum price of each day of the week.
Date Specific rules
- Create custom minimum prices for specific date ranges, such as holidays or events.
Click Add New Rule:
Select the date range and enter in the minimum price. If you want to Date-Specific Minimum Price to be recurring rule, you can check the Make Yearly box.
Always click Save Change button on the lower left of the page.
How to set a maximum price
Setting a good maximum price ensures that your listings will not be overlooked because of a high price.
From the Settings page of your listing, select Maximum Price on the left panel.
Enter the Maximum price you want to set for your listing. You can set different maximum prices on depending on the Day of week, After/Within a specific number of days, and/or on a Specific Date and Date range.
Note: The hierarchy for the various maximum price rules from highest to lowest priority:
