Wheelhouse will never price a night below your minimum price or above your maximum price.
How to set a minimum price
Setting a good minimum price ensures that you can maximize revenue from your listing by capturing bookings during periods of low demand or last-minute bookings.
From the Settings page of your listing, select Minimum Price on the left panel.
Enter the minimum price you want to set for your listing. You can set different minimum prices depending on the day of the week, after/within a specific number of days, and/or for specific dates and date ranges.
Note: The hierarchy for the various minimum price rules from highest to lowest priority is as follows:
Date-specific has the highest priority and will override all other minimum price rules.
Time-based will override Monthly rules, Day of week, and Minimum price default.
Monthly rules will override the Day of week and Minimum price default.
The Day of week will override the Minimum price default.
Click the Save change button on the lower left of the page.
Minimum price default
This sets the default requirement for any minimum price not specified in other minimum price rules.
Day of week rules
Set a custom minimum price requirement for each day of the week.
Monthly rules
This feature allows you to set a Day of Week Minimum Price for specific months. It will override the generic Day of Week Minimum Price you set for your listing. For example, you can set a higher minimum price for November, December, and January based on the check-in date.
Time-based rules
Create rules to automatically adjust the minimum price for stay dates within and beyond a specific number of days from the present date. For example:
$300 for last-minute bookings within 5 days.
$400 for stay dates more than 6 days away.
Specify by Month
This feature will allow you to set a Time-based Minimum Price for certain months. For example, if you want the Time-based minimum price to be applicable for January only:
Click the Specify by Month button.
Select the specific month(s) where the time-based minimum price will be applied.
Day of Week
This feature will allow you to set a Time-based Minimum Price for certain days of the week.
Click the Specify by day of week button.
Enter the minimum price for each day of the week.
Date Specific rules
Create custom minimum prices for specific date ranges, such as holidays or events.
Click Add New Rule button.
Select the date range and enter the minimum price. If you want the Date-Specific Minimum Price to be a recurring rule, check the Yearly box.
Always click Save Change button on the lower left of the page.
How to set a maximum price
Setting a good maximum price ensures that your listings will not be overlooked due to a high price.
From the Settings page of your listing, select Maximum Price on the left panel.
Enter the maximum price you want to set for your listing. You can set different maximum prices depending on the day of the week, after/within a specific number of days, and/or on a specific date and date range.
Note: The hierarchy for the various maximum price rules from highest to lowest priority:

3. Click the Save change button on the lower left of the page.
