What does Average Daily Rate mean?

The Average Daily Rate (ADR) chart lets you see the average rate per booked day for each month.

ADR is calculated by taking the total revenue in a given time-frame and dividing it by the number of booked nights in that same period.

While the average daily rate (ADR) is commonly used for revenue management in the hotel industry, short-term rental hosts can also gain valuable insights by tracking their listing's performance month by month.
