Yes, as long as the listing owner has given you Full access in Airbnb. Each listing should be shared one way only: either you connect it as the co-host, or the owner connects it and shares it with you in Wheelhouse.
What Your Airbnb Access Allows
What Wheelhouse can do depends on the access the owner gave you.
Your co-host access in Airbnb | What Wheelhouse can do |
Full access | See the listing and post prices to it |
Calendar and messaging | See the listing, but not post prices |
Calendar | See the listing, but not post prices |
The listing owner can change your co-host access in Airbnb (Airbnb help).
Choose One Way to Share Each Listing
Pick one of these for each listing.
| The co-host connects | The owner connects and shares through Teams |
In Airbnb | The owner gives the co-host Full access | The owner removes the co-host's access to that listing |
In Wheelhouse | The co-host connects their own Airbnb account. The owner doesn't connect that Airbnb account. | The owner connects Airbnb and adds the co-host as a team member (Wheelhouse Teams) |
Why only one? Each Airbnb listing can connect to only one Wheelhouse account at a time. If the owner and the co-host both connect it, the two accounts keep taking the listing from each other, so listings can disappear from one account or the account can look empty.

I see a sync error about my co-host access. What do I do?
Your co-host access in Airbnb doesn't let Wheelhouse post prices. Ask the owner to give you Full access in Airbnb, or have the owner connect Airbnb to Wheelhouse and add you as a team member.
Listings disappeared from my Wheelhouse account. Why?
Listings disappeared from my Wheelhouse account. Why?
This usually means the owner and a co-host have both connected the same listings. Choose one way to share each listing (above). The account corrects itself after the next overnight sync, or reconnect Airbnb (Connecting with Airbnb) to fix it right away.
