Wheelhouse generally pulls reservation data from our direct channel partners once every 24 hours. In some cases where the channel has not yet made this reservation data available, it might take up to 48 hours for Wheelhouse to see the reservation.

Occasionally, if a reservation was made right before our daily pricing and calendar sync, it might miss that day's analysis. However, it will be included in the next day's sync.
You can do a manual sync to pick up recent reservations and calendar availability instead of waiting for the daily sync by clicking on the Sync Calendar button located on the upper right of your calendar page.
