When you get a booking, we receive booking details from your listing's channel.  That includes the "Accommodation" total minus any discounts or custom rates.  The accommodation total is the portion of the reservation total that just takes the nightly rates into account.  

However, we receive that number as the average nightly rate (rounded) and multiple it by the number of days of the recommendation (as shown below):

In the image above, there is a 30 night reservation where the accommodation total is $3,057 ($5095 minus 40% discount). The channel, however, sends this data as number of days times average nightly rate times any discounts (30 x $170 x 0.6) for a total of $3,060.  So the amount we would charge in this case is $30.60 ($3,060 x 1%).
