The Base Price is our recommended price for your listing and we calibrate around it. If your base price is $200, your daily prices will generally revolve around that base price. Consider the base price your median/mean we recommend for your listing. Most prices will hover around the $200 range, with occasional fluctuations based on weekends and seasons. 

The Minimum Price is a floor price. We make sure your daily prices will not go below that minimum price. So if you set a minimum price of $150,  prices on your Wheelhouse calendar will not go below that price.
