Each of your listings will have a recommended base price, but if you ever want to create a custom base price, you have the option to do so!
From your Dashboard, click the Setup under the Auto Pricing column of the specific listing.
Select Rule-based.
Enter the desired base price.
Click Save Changes on the lower left of the page
